How to use?

Step 1: How to create gift products in admin?

1. Login into admin.
2. Go to catalog –  products.
3. Click (+) Insert New button to open a new form for the product.
4. Enter gift product details.
5. In the data tab, there is an option called Gift Product above Requires Shipping Option.
6. Make this option as Yes if you want to make this product as the gift product.
7. Click save.
8. Gift product has been successfully added.

Adding a gift offer based on cart total

1. Login into admin.
2. Go to Extension – Modules – Gift Based On Cart Total
3. Click Insert new offer on the top right.
4. You can read the offer as if you are reading a letter.
5. Add the minimum and maximum amount range.
6. Select the maximum gifts customer can purchase.
7. Add the gift products to show in this offer rule.
8. Save the settings.
9. Gift offer has been created successfully.

How will it work now?

1. Once you have created an offer, you are ready to test the offer.
2. Go to your storefront.
3. Add random products in your cart for testing.
4. Now you can go to the shopping cart page.
5. You will find the gift products you are eligible for.
6. Add the gift products to the cart and the charges for it will be zero.
7. Testing completed.
